Innocence disappears quicker than a flash of lightning, faster than the speed of sound. It becomes a swift notion that you don't even remember agreeing to in the first place. You would like to think that everything happened because you said it was alright. You were ready...in theory. He protected you...you think. It hurt...a lot. He kept...wanting more.
You didn't have any more to give. You gave him everything, and he gave you nothing. He said he loved you, but you knew he was lying. You could see in his eyes; he grabbed at your heartstrings and pulled, and trotted, and played with them...he manipulated all of your standards and corrupted your morals.
He was 5'11'' with dark hair and light eyes. He had a baby face and real pale tan...for all of your days you will never forget the boy who thought he was a man, but took your childhood away from you.
You were eighteen, a consenting adult, you thought you agreed...but you remember saying stop. He kept saying to try again. You didn't want to, but you did it for him.
He would drop you off and night, kiss you on the cheek, dismiss the act that he just achieved. You went inside, backed up to the nearest wall, collapsed into words, thought, and emotion...and you wept. Sobbing for seconds, minutes, hours... lifeless and forsaken, you physically and mentally breakdown. You always promised yourself you wouldnt end up like this. You promised yourself this wouldnt be your story. - But it is.
You were the girl who was strong, took Karate and Self-Defense, messed with someone if they messed with you. You were the girl who would jump out of an airplane or walk on hot coals without a care in the world - - - and you said nothing when he took it all from you. Nothing. Not a word, not a sound, not even a heartbeat, you let him have it; You let him hurt you. And you didnt even cry. You didnt know it wasnt meant to be at the time. You thought this was how all love worked
.how it all happened
but in the end
he took your joy, and brought you sadness. He took your sanity, and brought you madness. He took your innocence and left you with nothing but guilt. He took you - - and. he. just. didn't. care. Now you're there, watching the rain, as all sense of life fades away. There goes that little girl, young and naive, here comes the woman hes going to make you become, whether or not shes who you wanna be.

Don't talk about it, write it down, but don't ask for help.
I can't be honest with even myself.
Did you ever wish you were somebody else?
